Afternoon friends....

So I had an estimate today for a kitchen and two bathroom job. I actually just finished and just pulled into a local Italian deli for a bite to eat.

The estimate is in Scarsdale, New York. I’m sure most of you are not familiar with this town, but some might have heard of it. I have done many jobs i this area over the last 15 years.

Scarsdale is a very rich area. It is the town many New York sports figures choose to live as well as many Fortune 500 CEO’s. Derrick Jeter lived there for a little while as many current Yankees do.

The town has no street signs or power lines or anything that would be an visual obstruction . The house that I was at was just purchased for 2.85 million dollars in August. The wife hates the color of the cabinets and the his and hers bathrooms off the master suite bedroom.

Rough life huh........

So as I pull into the local deli parking lot a “Silver Bullet” Porsche is pulling out. That is a $300,000 limited edition car. And this is the car that I parked near.

This is an Ashton Martin Vantage which is a $150,000 vehicle and rides like it’s on air. I have driven one of these and it handles turns like nothing I’ve ever driven.

I am in the wrong business and I need to hit the lottery......
