Afternoon everyone….
We’ve had some really nice weather over the last week. Most days are sunny and fairly warm, low 80’s low humidity.
Well that all changed late last night. The skies opened up just before midnight and continued till roughly two o’clock in the afternoon. Even after the rain stopped it’s hazy and very humid.
Luckily my shop has a split unit and is wonderful to work in.
Today I’m sharing a 1981 Hoffman & Hoffman “Pegasus” silver round. This is one of my all time FAVORITE silver rounds. Silversaver had shown one off in a post just before Easter. I made a comment reading. “I wish that I had bought more”. The next thing I know this package showed up in my mailbox.
These rounds are rare, as per the Allengelhard website there were less than 5,000 minted.
