Greetings, friends. My latest illustration for the board game Western shores named "Vinland" is done. I'm working with 
and variations, but this one was my choice to present it here. It had to be in a sunset with a lightened rocks and green woods on them. After making the reflections on the water I put one more layer in blue.
I started painting from the sky as always by trying to create some mood of the watercolor painting . This version is a view from high horizon. I am thinking of doing another version with a low horizon. Here are some steps of the process.
