Have you experience Bullying? What kind of bullying you had experienced? What can you say about Cyber Bullying?
I did, a long time ago. In real life I stopped being friends with some people and we happened to all be on the same virtual pet website together. They proceeded to turn around and use that site to harass me, and when I blocked them because they could they went off and made other accounts to continue this behavior. I reported them to the site's owners but there was no IP blocking and nothing to stop them from making new accounts over and over again.
They not only came after me personally with messages and such, they openly slandered my name on the forums and other public venues of the site. I had a writing shop to practice my skills and earn some site currency in the process and I had to shut it down because they would not stop posting comments in the thread about how I was a terrible person and people shouldn't buy from me. They did it in a way that made them seem like past customers whose main accounts I had blocked, and with no way to verify if I had or had not sold to them the staff couldn't stop them from posting 'honest opinions' of my service.
That was just the tip of the iceberg, but eventually they ran me off and I quit the site which was the only thing still had in common with them. All other websites we had shared I either left because I was only there for them or the staff had the sense to put in an IP ban and keep them from coming back when presented with the messages and other forms of harassment that were coming from them.
Cyberbullying needs to be taken seriously. There are people who have killed themselves after being bullied online. There are people who get run off of the only places helping them with mental illness because no one stops the bullies. And just like bullies in school, people are traumatized by bullies online.
Mine was bad enough that I joined another pet website a bit later and after about a year of nothing I came across an account that I knew belonged to one of them. The username was one I was used to seeing, the pets had names that were familiar to me as being characters of theirs, all that jazz. I panicked, renamed my account (thankfully having the ability to change my username once for free there) and ended up doing a pet purge so as not to have recognizable characters among them to become a target for their harassment again. I thankfully never was, but it still never should have gotten to the point of being run off the first site and making me erase most of my character history on a second site to avoid having to deal with them because no one else would and I had no power to stop them.
