Are The Rich People Actually More Intelligent That The Relative Poor: If Not ,Why?
I think that depends on how you define 'intelligence'.
When it comes to actual education as we view it in terms of college and such then yes, rich people have the upper hand because they can afford it. They can afford the better schools, private tutors, and general teachers through their life.
But the relative poor are also intelligent in their own way. My roommate and I may not know how to do advanced trig or speak multiple languages but I know how to grow and cook my own food and make natural cleaners for dishes, laundry and general household cleaning, and my roommate knows a ton about horse behavior and can crochet and do similar artistic projects. That takes some amount of smarts.
Rich and poor are both intelligent, but just in their own ways. The rich generally do not have to focus on life skills so they can focus on other forms of intelligence, whereas the poor often have to learn to do it ourselves to save money and survive.
