Honestly I dont miss tabbaco all that much, but I do still have 2mg nicotine in my EJuice, I am trying to cut down to 1mg, and then to 0.5 or 0mg.

It depends on your body fat and metabolisme. But you are right it can take up to 3 months if you are over weight and the amount smoked. I have very low body fat and fast metabolisme. I going to wait a
