Noyce! The first time I heard it was in Advanced Dungeons & Dragons. A very very high level druid gains the title of Hierophant. So, I assumed it was some kind of "nature wizard." Apparently the term hierophant doesn't really have anything to do with nature... but it's not like I did research. Which is why he's got a wooden arm and a bear arm. I originally thought he would have plant powers, but he may just be more magical instead.
