The second coin in the series depicts Sasquatch or the "Bigfoot" of North America. The term was first used in 1920 by school teacher J.W. Burns but legends of large, ape-like wildmen date back to Native American tribes in certain areas. The first recorded sighting of Sasquatch was by Leif Erikson in 986 AD.
According to legend, if you stare long enough at the Cryptid Coin you can see a glimmer of intelligence in the eyes of the beast.
