Convenience. I had never used a tablet of any sort, but I actually won a Surface 3 in a raffle at a company Christmas party about 8? years ago. Later I upgraded to the Surface 4 Pro, just so I wouldn't have to change any of my programs or browsers. It works for me. Also, I am a full-time traveler, so my entire setup has to be self-contained in one device, so it would be really inconvenient to me to have a separate drawing tablet. The software I use, Clip Studio Paint, is fully compatible with iPad from what I understand, so if I win one, I might think about switching over....
