Well according to Mutants & Masterminds DC Adventure Game Captain Marvel is Power Level 15 (same as Superman). Wonder Woman is also PL 15, and I use her as the benchmark for Moon Girl's power, so that fight should be a toss up. It really depends on if that "superior to any male" is part of her actual powers or more just a descriptive bit of lore for the moonstone. We'll have to find out when they meet.
