Clip Studio Pro is actually the low-end version of the program. EX is the more advanced version. Pro by itself has more features than I know what to do with, including animation. Clip Studio Paint Pro is the best $25 investment I've ever made. It normally costs $50, but they tend to have %0% off sales around holidays and close to the beginning of the school year I think.
