Actually, I'm pretty sure an AI could draw a better Tiefling Rogue than mine in less time. The free ones I play with still have serious limitations but a buddy of mine with an account for Midjourney. That creates some ridiculously good and detailed images, and they've managed to clean up some of the problems that the computers have with generating hands and faces.
