Well I usually base anything Superior Man could do with what Superman could do. But Superman's power level depends on the writer. In Batman: The Dark Knight Returns a Soviet ICBM nearly kills him. In Kingdom Come he walks out of nuclear strike without a scratch. In my mind, he would have survived.
