Panel 1 reminds me of the second Deadpool movie where he sits up and says "Hello, super powers." Because he got his super powers back.
In Mutants & Masterminds terms, Moon Girl regained her negated 20 points of Enhanced Constitution, which allowed her to ignore the debilitating effects of drunkeness on her brain. Someone convert that into Champions (RPG) terms for me.
By panel 2, she is not actually in the least bit sick or nauseous. Pele is just forcibly removing the Chateau Margaux. Which by the way, I have to go back and check the spelling of every time I mention it in the comic, so hopefully I didn't misspell it in the second appearance, because all subsequent appearances will be similarly misspelled.
