Obviously the green energy promise was just to bring Hierophant into the fold. Although with all that super-brain, and an independent country at his disposal, along with a surplus of super-beings... he could probably create endless clean energy and prosperity. He wouldn't even need all those electric villains that Kickman already took off the board.
The odds were already about impossible. If Succubus is taken off the board, where does that leave our heroes?
