WORDS EDIFY YOU // INITIATIVE [ENG-ESP]

Greetings my dear community and readers in general, have a cordial welcome to my blog. In this opportunity I want to share with you my premises concerning a topic that always has a great content to address and is the importance of words, those that we express at different times of the day and that sometimes we do not give the importance it deserves.

We must keep in mind that words have an invaluable value since the beginning of time when the legal procedures of buying and selling were not handled when you were going to buy a property, it was enough that you gave your word for this to be executed and none of the parties involved would retract.

However, nowadays things are handled differently, that beautiful essence has been lost and it is largely our responsibility, we do not give it the great importance it deserves. I remember that last year I decided to take a course called "The Essentials of Success" in which I was able to visualize how important it is that we add values to the people who are in our midst and that this is one of the main characteristics that represent a leader.

Previously I was characterized by observing and keeping quiet, I could appreciate a good job, but I did not extend my words of gratitude to the person who made the effort to develop it, but now I have changed that conception and whenever I have the option to add value to a person I do it without hesitation and I have been able to see how people feel good about the praise received.

In the same way, within my work roles or other activities I have implemented this same methodology, we must keep in mind that as teachers we are not only responsible for imparting knowledge, it is also closely related to motivating our young people, that we encourage them to achieve the competencies that are established in their levels of training together with enlivening their skills and talents in their work areas.

There is a vocational disorientation with today's youth and not to mention the vision of life in the future, children imagine themselves walking in an uncertain way and do not plan for the achievement of their goals and that is where we must make our greatest intervention and help them discover that we all have a very intrinsic ability waiting to be discovered or developed with passion and that we can achieve that when we have people who give us those powerful words of encouragement that make you overcome fear and break those insecurities.

Even though many teachers visualize the Creation, Recreation and Production (CRP) training area as a waste of time, I visualize it as an excellent strategy that we can use to explore those hidden talents in the students and allow them to develop them, while they are evaluated I take the opportunity to express the beauty of the work they did and that is that in many opportunities what they need is to learn to trust them to continue with those beautiful creations.

Finally I want to share with you a great work that I have been developing since the beginning of the year 2023 with a group of young people with whom I have had to work on acceptance and self-esteem, some of them did not even like the photographs and it is largely because of those insecurities that surround them, but since I started working with them I emphasized the importance of our beauty, but just the beauty of our heart, not the physical as many seek.

Others did not even like to smile, they were very serious and shy and in many opportunities I approached them and told them to smile to life that when one smiles they look very beautiful and all this work that I have developed with them has generated its fruits, my girls take their photos with a big smile and no longer seek to be hidden as they did on other occasions, many of their relatives have approached me to express how they have visualized the change in these girls and this is my greatest reward to know that I have built safe people for the hard roads of life.

This is my participation in the great la gran initiative proposed by our friend @naath, regarding the importance that every human being should add to the words we emit in our daily work, always keep in mind that you can build great attitudes in someone's life starting with the power of words.

Saludos mi apreciada comunidad y lectores en general, tengan todos una cordial bienvenida a mi blog. En esta oportunidad quiero compartir con ustedes mis premisas referentes a una temática que siempre tiene un gran contenido que abordar y es la importancia de las palabras, esas que manifestamos en los diferentes momentos del día y que en ciertas ocasiones no le damos la importancia que amerita.

Debemos tener presentes que las palabras tienen un valor invaluable desde el principio de los tiempos cuando no se manejaba los trámites legales de compra y venta cuando ibas a comprar algún inmueble solo bastaba el que dieras tu palabra para que esto se ejecutara y ninguna de las partes involucradas se retractaran.

Sin embargo, hoy en día las cosas se manejan diferente, se ha perdido esa hermosa esencia y en gran parte es nuestra responsabilidad, no le damos esa gran importancia que esto amerita. Recuerdo que el año pasado decidí hacer un curso denominado “Los esenciales del éxito” en este pude visualizar cuán importante es que nosotros le agreguemos valores a las personas que están en nuestro medio y que eso es una de las características principales que representan un líder.

Anteriormente yo me caracterizaba por observar y callar, podía apreciar un buen trabajo, pero no le extendía mis palabras de agradecimiento a la persona que se esforzó para desarrollarlo, pero ahora he cambiado esa concepción y siempre que tengo la opción de sumarle valor a una persona lo hago sin medir reparos y he podido ver como las personas se sienten bien por el elogio recibido.

Del mismo modo, dentro de mis roles laborales u otras actividades he implementado esta misma metodología, debemos tener presente que como docentes no solo estamos en la responsabilidad de impartir conocimiento, también está muy relacionado con el motivar a nuestros jóvenes, que los impulsemos a lograr las competencias que se establecen en sus niveles de formación en conjunto con el avivar sus habilidades y talentos en sus áreas laborales.

Existe una desorientación vocacional con la juventud actual y ni hablar de la visión de vida en un futuro, los chicos se imagina caminando de manera incierta y no se planifican para el logro de sus metas y es allí donde nosotros debemos hacer nuestra mayor intervención y ayudarlo a descubrir que todos tenemos de manera muy intrínseca una habilidad en espera de ser descubierta o desarrollada con pasión y que eso lo podemos alcanzar cuando tenemos personas que nos brinden esas palabras poderosas de aliento que te hacen vencer el miedo y romper esas inseguridades.

Aun cuando muchos docentes visualizan el área de formación de Creación, Recreación y Producción (CRP) como una pérdida de tiempo yo lo visualizo como una excelente estrategia que podemos emplear para explorar esos talentos ocultos en los estudiantes y permitir que ellos lo desarrollen, mientras son evaluados yo aprovecho de expresar lo bonito del trabajo que realizaron y es que en muchas oportunidades lo que necesitan es aprender a confiar en ellos para continuar con esas hermosas creaciones.

Finalmente quiero compartirles un gran trabajo que he venido desarrollando desde que inició el año 2023 con un grupo de jóvenes con las cuales he tenido que trabajar en la aceptación y el amor propio, algunas de ellas no les gustaban ni siquiera las fotografías y es en gran parte por esas inseguridades que las rodean, pero desde que inicie a trabajar con ellas me enfatice en lo importante de nuestra belleza, pero justamente de la belleza de nuestro corazón, no del físico como muchos buscan.

Otras ni siquiera les gustaba sonreír, pasaban muy serias y tímidas y en muchas oportunidades me les acercaba y les decía que le sonrieran a la vida que cuando uno le sonríe se ven muy hermosas y todo este trabajo que he desarrollado con ellas ha generado sus frutos, mis jóvenes se toman sus fotos con una gran sonrisa y ya no buscan estar ocultas como lo hacían en otras ocasiones, muchos de sus familiares se han acercado a expresarme como han visualizado el cambio en estas chicas y esto es mi mayor recompensa saber que he edificado personas seguras para los duros caminos de la vida.

Esta es mi participación para la gran iniciativa que propuso la amiga @naath, referente a la importancia que todo ser humano debe agregarle a las palabras que emitimos en nuestro quehacer diario, ten siempre presente que puedes construir grandes actitudes en la vida de alguien iniciando con el poder de las palabras.
