LOVE AS A SOURCE OF LIFE TO OUR UNDERTAKING [ENG-ESP]

It should be noted that I speak in plural and not singular, because we are one since we decided to unite our lives in holy matrimony, we consolidated in one flesh and together we have formed an explosive dynamic duo, this from my very holistic and personal vision, but throughout our union we have put first our love, effort and commitment in each of the goals we have set in life, which have been several so far.

However, each one of them has left us a beautiful lesson and the main one is precisely that if love is not present in that project we want to develop, unfortunately things will not flow in the best way and every time you add love to something you are nurturing it and therefore strengthening it, if you give your total dedication in your work and loaded with love, no doubt you will get excellent results and satisfactory rewards.

A few months ago God put in my husband's heart to start selling creamy and delicious ice cream, he shared it with me and I supported him at all times so that we could start with this project, however from words to deeds there is a long way to go, it took another couple of months for our actions to materialize, until we decided to take the matter seriously and manage to find the product and locate the space where we were going to sell it.

In our home it was not a feasible option because we are retired from the town and here there are many ice cream sales, although the latter is not a big problem, but in the end we determined to place it in my mother-in-law's house which is a town where this was going to be something innovative, since the ice cream shops there in general lines are quite scarce and this product was not marketed until now, so without a doubt this turned out to be the boom of the moment, our sales were great, the products were frequently sold out and we had to be recurrently traveling to look for ice cream product to the neighboring country Colombia, because there they were more economical.

This is quite a travel odyssey, but that is not the purpose of this writing, we also started with the digital marketing process and promoting promotions for special dates such as December and now for the month of love and friendship. Currently as any innovative project have arisen competitions that have caused the decline in our sales, but this in turn has made us reflect on the importance of not lowering our guard at any time and to be immensely creative and loving in the business world, because of this, no doubt it will depend on the success of tomorrow.

We have not allowed ourselves to be complexed by the few sales we have had at certain times, we understand that in the business world there are good and bad times and it is there in bad times where we must activate and inject that bit of love to our enterprise to keep our customers, always providing a good service, attention is essential at all times and this is something from our humble ice cream shop we encourage customers, we give them a special and cordial attention and make your stay something enjoyable and fun.

For the children we use decorated trays that make a pleasant impression, we also use combos in couples so that together they can sweeten their lives and relive those beautiful moments of love accompanied by the sweetness and honey of a creamy ice cream.

Despite all this, those gray days have come, wanting to overshadow the love that we are giving to our enterprise and it is precisely there where we have been constant and persevering and we have not let ourselves be overwhelmed and worried about the possibility of throwing in the towel, on the contrary, it is there where we took part of our ingenuity and started with the decorative process of ice cream and digital marketing which is what is currently moving in this community.

It should be noted that we are aware that there are many things we must improve, but the important thing is that we decided to undertake and not let those limitations were an obstacle to take that first important step to start our great ice cream shop, and I say great ice cream shop not by the size of the physical space, if this rather is something small, the really big thing is the love and desire that we both are giving to our life project.

If I have learned anything in my short journey through life is that the sun rises for everyone, every day, so the competitions do not scare us, nor do they worry me only tell me that I must go with love in constant growth, with the best quality and attention to the public.

Cabe destacar que hablo en plural y no en singular, porque nosotros somos uno solo desde que decidimos unir nuestras vidas en sagrado matrimonio, nos consolidamos en una sola carne y juntos hemos formado un dúo dinámico explosivo, esto desde mi visión muy holística y personal, pero a lo largo de nuestra unión hemos puesto primeramente nuestro amor, esfuerzo y empeño en cada una de las metas que nos hemos trazado en la vida, las cuales han sido varias hasta los momentos.

Sin embargo, cada una de ellas nos ha dejado una bonita enseñanza y la principal es justamente, que si el amor no está presente en ese proyecto que queremos desarrollar, lamentablemente las cosas no van a fluir de la mejor manera y es que cada vez que tú le sumas amor a algo lo estás nutriendo y por lo tanto fortaleciendo, si das tu entrega total en tu trabajo y cargado de amor, sin duda alguna vas a obtener excelentes resultados y recompensas satisfactorias.

Hace unos meses Dios puso en el corazón de mi esposo el emprender con una venta de helados cremosos y muy deliciosos, él lo compartió conmigo y yo lo apoye en todo momento para que iniciáramos con ese proyecto, no obstante del dicho a la hecho hay un largo recorrido, pasaron otro par de meses para que se concretara nuestras acciones, hasta que decidimos colocarle seriedad al asunto y gestionar para buscar el producto y ubicar el espacio donde se iban a vender.

En nuestro hogar no era una opción factible porque estamos retirados del pueblo y aquí hay muchas ventas de helados, aunque esto último no es un gran problema, pero a la final determinamos colocarla en casa de mi suegra que es un pueblo donde esto iba a ser algo innovador, ya que las heladerías allí en líneas generales son bastantes escasas y este producto no se comercializaba hasta los momentos, por lo que sin duda alguna esto resulto ser el boom del momento, nuestras ventas iban geniales los productos se agotaban con frecuencia y teníamos que estar viajando recurrentemente a buscar producto de helado al vecino país Colombia, porque allí eran más económico.

Esto es toda una odisea de viaje, pero en fin ese no es la finalidad de este escrito, también iniciamos con el proceso de marketing digital e impulsando promociones para fechas especiales como diciembre y ahora mismo para el mes del amor y la amistad. Actualmente como todo proyecto innovador han surgido competencias que han provocado las disminución de nuestras ventas, pero esto a su vez nos ha hecho reflexionar de la importancia que tiene el no bajar la guardia en ningún momento y en ser inmensamente creativos y amorosos en el mundo de los negocios, ya que de ello, sin duda alguna dependerá el éxito del mañana.

No nos hemos dejado acomplejar por las pocas ventas que hemos tenido en los momentos determinados, comprendemos que en el mundo de los negocios hay momentos buenos y malos y es allí en los momentos malos donde nosotros debemos activarnos e inyectarle ese granito de amor a nuestro emprendimiento para mantener nuestra clientela, brindándole siempre un buen servicio, la atención es fundamental en todo momento y esto es algo que desde nuestra a humilde heladería le fomentamos a los clientes, les damos una atención especial y cordial y hacemos de su estadía algo amenos y divertido.

Para los niños utilizamos barquillas decoradas que le causen una grata impresión, también utilizamos combos en parejas para que juntos puedan endulzarse la vida y revivir esos bonitos momentos del amor acompañados de la dulzura y la miel de un cremoso helado.

A pesar de todo ello han llegado esos días grises queriendo opacar el amor que les estamos dando a nuestro emprendimiento y es justamente allí donde nosotros hemos sido constantes y perseverantes y nos hemos dejado que nos agobié y preocupe la posibilidad de lanzar la toalla, por el contrario es allí donde sacamos parte de nuestro ingenio y comenzamos con el proceso decorativos de los helados y el marketing digital que es lo que se está moviendo actualmente en esa comunidad.

Cabe destacar que estamos conscientes que hay muchas cosas que debemos mejorar, pero lo importante es que decidimos emprender y no dejamos que esas limitaciones fueran un obstáculo para dar ese primer paso tan importante para emprender nuestra gran heladería, y digo gran heladería no por el tamaño del espacio físico, si este más bien es algo pequeño, lo verdaderamente grande es el amor y las ganas que ambos le estamos dando a nuestro proyecto de vida.

Si algo he aprendido en mi corto recorrido por la vida es que el sol sale para todas las personas, todos los días, por lo que las competencias no nos asusta, ni me preocupan solo me dicen que debo ir con amor en constante crecimiento, con la mejor calidad y atención al público.
