INTEGRAL AND EXPANDING: HAPPINESS // A VIRTUE THAT IS ALWAYS WITHIN OUR REACH [ENG-ESP]

Greetings my dear friends, welcome back to my blog.

Happiness is such a short word, but it involves a great satisfaction in the life of those who have it present, precisely this emotion has been envergando to fullness my life in recent weeks and this initiative opens the door for me to share with all of you those great reasons that fill me with happiness.

Coincidentally my husband woke up yesterday and as usual he said good morning to me with his morning kisses, but he sat down at the breakfast table with a worrying face and for obvious reasons I managed to get my attention, so in the middle of preparing breakfast I asked him love, what's wrong, are you worried about something? Immediately her answer was a denial to my interrogation.

But I was not satisfied with his answer, so I continued to inquire and in the middle of our conversation he told me about his concern for the country's situation and how every day that passes the number of people who decide to emigrate in search of the great American dream continues to increase, because of the great need they are going through not being able to support the needs of their families, nor those of themselves.

But before he continued with his concerns, I interrupted him by telling him that we should feel satisfied and grateful with the lifestyle we were leading, with a somewhat confused look he looked at me and allowed me to extend our conversation.

It is difficult to feel happiness when you spend your life focused on what you want or need and don't have at the moment, in fact this can cause deep frustration and annoyance with yourself, but if on the contrary you evaluate the things you have been blessed with and the moments you have lived, you will realize that happiness is within our reach.

A couple of weeks ago we celebrated children's day and as expected our children were very eager to go out and share quality family moments, but we had a great limitation and humbly I admit we did not have the necessary economic solvency to go out with our children, but thanks to the trust we have always placed in the great eternal father he allowed us to go out to dinner and take our little ones to share an ice cream and at the same time they enjoyed recreational and fun activities.

However, the following week was the birthday of my princess and we were even less solvent than the previous time, in fact we did not celebrate the baby's birthday with a party, but we decided to take her to eat ice cream with her cousins and play with the freedom of every child in the playground. All these moments were great reasons for happiness in family because even with some economic difficulty, we could share in family togetherness pleasant spaces where our children enjoyed and did honor to that beautiful stage of childhood.

Taking all this as a reference I will present you my exposition if we appreciate each of the virtues that life gives us as the simplicity of being able to see a new awakening and have a favorable state of health we will realize that joy and happiness is a decision that is always there at the door waiting to be taken into account to enter your life and fill them with the satisfaction of feeling rewarded for each of your efforts.

I am aware that maintaining happiness at home with the devastating economy we are living is not an easy situation, but with the corresponding effort we have been reaping the fruits of our hard work, we are being more balanced with the rhythm of life and family care and this has allowed us that the love and affection of our children overflow us with joy every day and therefore we do not give so much importance to the things we still do not have, but we continue to yearn and work to get it.

Like every family there are moments when stress and daily worries want to steal our peace, but with a deep breath and optimism we let those levels return to zero and we continue smiling to life, each day brings its own eagerness and we must enjoy each of its processes.

Saludos mis estimados amigos, bienvenidos nuevamente a mi blog.

La felicidad una palabra tan corta, pero que involucra una gran satisfacción en la vida de las que la tienen presente, justamente esta emoción ha estado envergando a plenitud mi vida en estas últimas semanas y esta iniciativa me abre la puerta para poder compartir con todos ustedes esos grandes motivos que me llenan de felicidad.

Casualmente mi esposo se levanta el día de ayer y como de costumbre me da los buenos días acompañados de sus apapachos matutinos, pero se sienta en el desayunador con una cara de preocupación inquietante y por obvias razones logro llamar mi atención, por lo que en medio de la preparación del desayuno le pregunte amor ¿Qué tienes, te preocupa algo? Inmediatamente su respuesta fue una negación a mi interrogatorio.

Pero no quede conforme con su respuesta, por lo que continúe indagando y en medio de nuestra conversación el me comenta su preocupación por la situación país y como cada día que pasa siguen aumentando el número de personas que deciden emigrar en busca del gran sueño americano, por la gran necesidad que están pasando al no poder sustentar las necesidades de sus familiares, ni las de ellos mismos.

Pero antes de que el continuara con sus inquietudes, yo lo interrumpí diciéndole que nosotros debíamos sentirnos satisfechos y agradecidos con el estilo de vida que estábamos llevando, con una mirada algo confusa me miro y permitió que yo extendiera nuestra conversación.

Resulta difícil sentir felicidad cuando te pasas la vida enfocado en lo que quieres o necesitas y no tienes en el momento de hecho esto puede ser causante de una profunda frustración y molestia contigo mismo, pero si por el contrario evalúas las cosas con las que has sido bendecido y los momentos vividos, te darás cuenta que la felicidad está al alcance de nuestras manos.

Hace un par de semanas celebramos el día de los niños y como era de esperarse nuestros hijos estaban muy ansiosos por salir y compartir de momentos de calidad en familia, pero teníamos una gran limitante y humildemente lo reconozco no contábamos con la solvencia económica necesaria para poder salir con nuestros hijos, pero gracias a la confianza que siempre hemos depositado en el gran padre eterno él nos permitió salir a cenar y llevar a compartir un helado a nuestros pequeños y que al mismo tiempo ellos disfrutaran de actividades recreativas y divertidas.

No obstante, la semana siguiente se presentó el cumpleaños de mi princesa y estábamos aun con menos solvencia que la vez anterior, de hecho no le celebramos el cumpleaños a la bebe con una fiesta, sino que decidimos llevarla a comer helados con sus primos y que jugara con la libertad de todo niño en el parque infantil. Todos estos momentos fueron grandes motivos de felicidad en familia porque aun con algo de dificultad económica, pudimos compartir en unión familiar espacios agradables donde nuestros niños disfrutaron y le hicieron honor a esa hermosa etapa de la niñez.

Tomando todo ello como referencia les presentare mí exposición si apreciamos cada una de las virtudes que nos brinda la vida como la simpleza de poder ver un nuevo despertar y contar con un estado de salud favorable nos daremos cuenta que la alegría y felicidad es una decisión que siempre está allí en la puerta esperando ser tomada en cuenta para entrar en tu vida y colmarlas de la satisfacción de sentirte recompensada por cada uno de tus esfuerzos.

Estoy consciente que mantener la felicidad en casa con la economía devastadora que estamos viviendo no es una situación sencilla, pero con el esfuerzo correspondiente hemos ido cosechando los frutos de nuestro arduo trabajo, estamos siendo más equilibrados con el ritmo de vida y atenciones familiares y esto nos ha permitido que el amor y el cariño de nuestros niños nos rebocen de alegría cada día y por lo tanto no le damos tanta importancia a las cosas que aún no tenemos, pero que continuamos añorando y trabajando por obtenerlo.

Como toda familia hay momentos en los que el estrés y las preocupaciones del día a día nos quieran robar la paz, pero con respirar profundo y armarnos de optimismo dejamos que esos niveles vuelvan a cero y le continuamos sonriendo a la vida, cada día trae su propio afán y debemos disfrutar cada uno de sus procesos.
