A couple of days ago I was doing a thorough cleaning in my home and I started by the kitchen cabinets and it turns out that in them I found a great family treasure, an Italian coffee maker that my mother-in-law gave to my husband when we were in college, that was for the year 2006, she knows that her son has always liked coffee, so among the things she bought him for his new stay was present this coffee maker.
I really did not remember its existence until I saw it and today I wanted to make our awakening something very special, so I decided to put aside my traditional pot, I confess that I did not remember its use, so I had to use the internet to watch a tutorial and once I refreshed my dormant knowledge I said let's get to work.
For those who are not very practical with this type of coffee makers I will leave a brief explanation of it, first of all your coffee maker must be clean and you must add a portion of water that does not exceed the pressure valve that is located at the bottom, then you place the filter holder and on top of it you add the portion of coffee powder previously ground and with a moderately fine texture.
In my case, as I am very meticulous, I did not know the adequate amounts, since it was my first experience with it after such a long time, for this reason I did not fill it to the maximum, however I can tell you that this will also depend on the type of coffee that you use and your taste for it, however, this coffee was very concentrated as I love it in the mornings as well as my husband.
Once everything was ready, I only proceeded to place my coffee pot on the stove and wait for the water to boil to be able to observe how this delicious black coffee was rising due to the effect of the different pressures through a small fountain, this observation was something wonderful, I was fascinated to see how the coffee collector was filling little by little with this exquisite black liquid and at the same time every corner of my home was impregnated with its smell, a situation that automatically woke up my husband.
Before he wanted to get up I took my delicious cup of my morning coffee, I did not want to take a picture of me in front because I had my eyes very swollen for being just up and for this same reason I did not take one with my husband while we shared our delicious morning coffee.
I declare myself a faithful lover of coffee in its different presentations, I am very happy to have found this family treasure, which I will use from now on and I am very anxious to invite some friends to share a pleasant experience from the comfort of our home.

LES PRESENTO UN TESORO FAMILIAR // MI MEJOR DESPERTAR ES CON UN DELICIOSO CAFÉ JUNTO A TI [ENG-ESP]
Saludos apreciados amigos y fieles amantes del café. Sean todos cordialmente bienvenidos a mi blog. Espero que estén teniendo un domingo relax y de feliz descanso.
Hace un par de días estuve haciendo una minuciosa limpieza en mi hogar e inicie por los gabinetes de la cocina y resulta que en ellos encontré un gran tesoro familiar, una cafetera italiana que le obsequio mi suegra a mi esposo cuando estábamos en la universidad, eso fue para el año 2006, ella sabe que su hijo siempre le ha gustado el café, por lo que entre las cosas que le compro para su nueva estadía estuvo presente esta cafetera.
De verdad que no recordaba su existencia hasta que la vi y hoy quise hacer de nuestro despertar algo muy especial, por lo que me determine dejar a un lado mi olla tradicional, les confieso que no recordaba su uso, por lo que tuve que hacer uso del internet para observar un tutorial y una vez refrescado mis conocimientos dormidos me dije manos a la obra.
Para aquellos que no son muy prácticos con este tipo de cafeteras les dejare una breve explicación de ella, primero que todo tu cafetera debe estar limpia y debes agregarle una porción de agua que no supere la válvula de presión que se encuentra ubicada en la parte inferior, luego le colocas el porta filtro y encima de él le agregas la porción del café en polvo molido previamente y con una textura medianamente fina.
En mi caso como soy muy meticulosa, no sabía las cantidades adecuadas, por ser mi primera experiencia en ella después de tanto tiempo, por ello no la llene al máximo, sin embargo les puedo decir que esto también va a depender del tipo de café que utilices y de tu gusto por el, sin embargo, este café quedo muy concentrado como a mí me encanta por las mañanas al igual que a mi esposo.
Una vez listo todo, solo procedí a colocar mi cafetera en la estufa y esperar a que el agua hirviera para poder observar como este delicioso negrito subía por efecto de las distintas presiones por una pequeña fuente, esta observación fue algo maravilloso, me dejo fascinada ver como el colector del café se iba llenado poco a poco de este exquisito líquido negro y al mismo tiempo cada rincón de mi hogar se iba impregnando de su olor, situación que despertó automáticamente a mi esposo.
Antes de que él quisiera levantarse me tome mi rica taza de mi café mañanero, no quise tomarme una foto de frente pues tenía mis ojos muy hinchado por estar recién levantada y por esta misma razón no me tome una junto a mi esposo mientras compartíamos nuestro delicioso café de la mañana.
Me declaro fiel amante del café en sus diferentes presentaciones, estoy muy feliz de haber encontrado este tesoro familiar, el cual le daré mucho uso de ahora en adelante y estoy muy ansiosa para invitar a unos amigos a compartir una agradable experiencia desde la comodidad de nuestro hogar.
