AVENTURA KIDS-2024 // PLAYA ROCA ROMPEOLAS: OBRANDO POR FE [ESP-ENG]

La fe es una palabra algo subjetiva, pero que tiene un poder increíble cuando es abrazada y aplicada desde lo más profundo de tu corazón y de tu mente. Acompáñenme a compartir esta gran experiencia a la cual hemos denominado Aventura Kids y donde descubrirán desde mi perspectiva el poder de esta corta palabra.

Desde hace un par de años atrás un familia de nuestra comunidad sintieron la inquietud de sumarle alegría, juegos y conocimientos a la vida de los niños y pre-adolescentes de nuestra comunidad, no tengo una fecha exacta de cuantas han hecho, pero desde el año pasado que supe de ella, me dije debo ser parte de esta iniciativa sin fines de lucro.

Si, mis queridos lectores es una actividad que no es cobrada a sus participantes y que tiene un tiempo de duración de 4 días, donde se espera la asistencia de más de 1000 niños, a los cuales se les da un desayuno sustentoso (arepa rellena de carne, pollo, mortadela y queso) cualquiera de estas proteínas va acompañada de queso porque como buenos zulianos amamos este lácteo, un jugo natural de frutas y para finalizar una rica merienda.

Y ustedes se estarán preguntando como hacen para cubrir todos estos gastos, simplemente mis queridos amigos obramos por fe, este matrimonio no es una familia pudiente, pero cuenta con el respaldo de muchas personas que saben la gran labor que hacen y deciden hacer donativos voluntarios a fin de poder respaldar esta iniciativa.

También cuenta con un majestuoso equipo de trabajo distribuido por diferentes áreas como cocina, mantenimientos, vigilancia, escenografía, danzarinas, teatro, ayudantes de maestros y maestros quienes suman alrededor de 200 voluntarios y los cuales de manera desinteresada también deciden sumarse a esta noble causa y ayudar desde todas las aspectos posible.

Cada una de estos voluntarios tienen la responsabilidad de atreverse a desarrollar sus habilidades creativas para diseñar desde sus posibilidades algo que nos permita construir una excelente escenografía y como este año fue con un motivo playero, sin duda alguna dejamos salir ese niño interior que todos tenemos dentro y dejamos parte de nuestro corazón para atraer la atención de los niños y brindarles un ambiente acogedor y agradable.

Hoy vamos en nuestro tercer día, con algo de nostalgia tendremos que despedirlos mañana, ya que sabemos que desde nuestras posibilidades le hemos llevado unos días diferente que los ha sacado desde su zona de confort para venir a pesar de contar con un clima extravagante a ver al grupo de danzarinas bailar, los cantos y la obra de teatro que les deja una gran enseñanza de valores y principios de vida.

Luego de esto son llevados a un aula de clases para reforzar estos principios, donde a través de colorear, juegos y actividades lúdicas se logran resultados impresionante en ellos y no deja de sorprenderme como cada día ha subido la matrícula infantil y eso es sinónimo de que estamos desarrollando un gran trabajo. Durante su estadía en el aula reciben su desayuno en el turno de la mañana, la cena por la tarde y posterior al plato fuerte una merienda.

Después de esta breve descripción de nuestra actividad, yo le pregunto acaso tienen duda de nuestra fe? Cuando se acerca la época vacacional todos calentamos nuestros motores y nos preparamos con la mejor actitud para disfrutar y servirles de bendición a estos niños, sin tener nada certero comenzamos con mucho tiempo de anticipación las invitaciones porque al final de todo sabemos que vamos a salir victorioso en esta gran obra, solo nos mueve la pasión de alegrarle las vidas a estos niños.

Faith is a somewhat subjective word, but it has incredible power when embraced and applied from the depths of your heart and mind. Join me in sharing this great experience which we have called Adventure Kids and where you will discover from my perspective the power of this short word.

A couple of years ago a family from our community felt the need to add joy, games and knowledge to the lives of children and pre-adolescents in our community, I do not have an exact date of how many they have done, but since last year when I heard about it, I said I must be part of this non-profit initiative.

Yes, my dear readers, it is an activity that is not charged to its participants and has a duration of 4 days, where more than 1000 children are expected to attend. They are given a hearty breakfast (arepa stuffed with meat, chicken, mortadella and cheese) any of these proteins is accompanied by cheese because as good Zulianos we love this dairy product, a natural fruit juice and finally a delicious snack.

And you may be wondering how do they cover all these expenses, simply my dear friends we work by faith, this couple is not a wealthy family, but has the support of many people who know the great work they do and decide to make voluntary donations in order to support this initiative.

They also have a majestic work team distributed in different areas such as kitchen, maintenance, security, scenery, dancers, theatre, teachers' assistants and teachers who total around 200 volunteers who selflessly decide to join this noble cause and help in every possible way.

Each of these volunteers has the responsibility to dare to develop their creative skills to design from their possibilities something that allows us to build an excellent scenography and as this year it was with a beach motif, without a doubt we let out that inner child that we all have inside and leave part of our heart to attract the attention of the children and provide them with a welcoming and pleasant environment.

Today we are on our third day, with some nostalgia we will have to say goodbye to them tomorrow, as we know that from our possibilities we have brought them a different kind of day that has taken them out of their comfort zone to come in spite of the extravagant weather to see the group of dancers dance, the songs and the play that leaves them a great teaching of values and principles of life.

After this they are taken to a classroom to reinforce these principles, where through colouring, games and playful activities they achieve impressive results and it never ceases to amaze me how every day the children's enrolment has risen and that is synonymous with the fact that we are doing a great job. During their stay in the classroom they receive breakfast in the morning shift, dinner in the afternoon and a snack after the main course.

After this brief description of our activity, I ask you, do you doubt our faith? When the holiday season approaches we all warm up our engines and prepare ourselves with the best attitude to enjoy and serve as a blessing to these children, without having anything certain we start with a long time in advance the invitations because at the end of everything we know that we will be victorious in this great work, we are only moved by the passion to brighten the lives of these children.
