Poverty is a global social problem. This means that poverty is a problem that must be faced and the attention of many people in the world.
Though on a different level, none of the Countries on this fence are 'immune' from poverty. All the countries of the world agree that poverty is a humanitarian problem that hampers welfare and civilization and agrees that poverty should and can be overcome.
