This is a great look at some of the requirements that are important when choosing witnesses. It is kind of crazy looking at the fact sometimes that some of the higher ranked witnesses are inactive, don't publish a price feed, are iterations behind in updates, and don't contribute any value to the chain any longer. We have so many great witnesses, but the rankings could be improved, and HF25 will help that with the new vote decay.
