Ohh bro, how I understand you, I have a 45 size. I don't know much about sizes (EU, US, ASIA), but in Russia, mine is just 45, and it's big, though I know ppl with 47, but it's a freaky size I think...
So yeah, it's a big problem to find something that fits you, especially if you are in places where white ppl are a rare sight for locals.
I found the way to order from Lazada, but their sizes very often don't match the description. Anyway, it's work after a long chat with the seller and sending a lot of measurement numbers with your feet.
And if I go to the city, where there is a mall (like T21, for example), I immediately try to find something suitable for my feet, even if it's not suitable for appearance, just for the feet 😂, and then buy 2 pairs. After some time, repeat this quest.
About sneakers and shoes, not too difficult, I mean difficulty, but not too much for me, of course.
But about sleepers, omg... 🤦 I buy only on Lazada because nothing fits, and I like the simple, like open-toed slippers but made of foam, you just stick your foot in and go.
And of course, the big question is the budget. For example, for me, 1 pair of sneakers must not cost more than 900-1200B.
Sleepers 350B not more.
Shoes 700B-1200B
About shirts and trousers, the same. Especially about trousers 👖, they are my nightmare. Last time I bought 4 pairs when I found my size. One pair cost me a bit more than 300B. There was a big deal, a discount at the mall.
I am 183cm and 100kg-110kg
