Our town is already a first class municipality but the town proper is too small. Not so much to offer. Even the only supermarket in our town has closed down. Anyway, along with the closing of the supermarket is the rise of a Jollibee branch. It is the first in our town. Just in time with the closing for renovation of the one in Lingayen, a nearby town where I currently live with my husband.
It's good news for the town because I heard that another fastfood chain is set to enter the town as well. Then there are reports that SM, a very popular mall, will also enter the town.
