I recently watched a video interview of Cathy Wood, the founder and CEO of Ark Invest. What she brought up was the idea of what industries might be in harms way next. People say investing in disruptive technology is risky. But, increasingly, so is investing in some passive S&P 500 index fund without realizing that entire industries are going to get crushed at an accelerating pace in the near future.
