The key here is acknowledging the fact that the accelerating gains from technological development act is a kind of space-time warping factor that renders a lot of beliefs obsolete. This is the case in everyday or macro economics. Economics is the study of scarcity. Scarcity is at the center of it. Technology is rendering many of our beliefs about the scarcity of things obsolete.

I see crypto as one facet of the monetary side of this. How can it be that such valuations can pop up so quickly without the whole thing being some kind of an unsustainable bubble? Thing is that it isn't thanks to all the money printing, which isn't, contrary to many people's beliefs, causing massive inflation. The world can soak up much greater growth of the monetary base without hyperinflation.
