Most of the volume is on Upbit in South Korea. Hive is going up on the dime of crazy Korean speculators again. They're buying it in hopes of a big pump (by greater fools). The token has no other use case than payments on Hive. It is a nice speculative coin, though, because it cannot go below $1 in a bull market for long. Even in a bear market it won't stay below $1 forever.
