Never ever ever move all-in all-out of the market. MIN/MAX strategy gets you wrecked.

I've been all in since the fall before the big huge parabolic move started. It can make sense to go all in. It's a matter of time frame. If I had saved some cash to buy the dip later, I'd be buying much more expensive dips than back then.
