Never played GTA3, my first Rockstar Game was Liberty City but I bet it was groundbreaking playing early open-world games like this for the first time. Gaming’s come so far but a lot is owed to these first games like this.

I also loved the radio in GTA. For me it was always the 80s/90s sounding electronic dance music, or the in-game podcasts about Liberty City itself. Plus I loved that the main character Nico could take dates bowling or to a Ricky Gervais comedy show. Good times.
