Today I read a post by 
I decided to look at my investment in Steemleo after three weeks and let you know my progress. I looked at mine differently, as I have received significant amounts from delegation, so I treat that as a loan and report the earnings similar to principle & interest payments on a loan.
My Costs:
Bought 125 miners @ 6 steem each = 750 Steem invested.
Bought 300 Leo Token @ 0.15 each = 45 Steem invested,
My total capitol spent = 750+45 = 795 Steem invested.
Additionally, I loaned 1000 SP or 1000 Steem to Leo.voter, a Steemleo bidbot, which pays me my share and burns it’s share. This token burning decreases the supply of the coin and increases its long term value.
My Earnings or Profits:
Tokens from mining, staking and posting = 247.576 Leo or 37.1364 Steem.
Tokens from the delegation loan = 73.128 Leo or 10.9692 Steem.
ROI Return on my investment:
The earnings are for 3 weeks, so I divided them further by three to determine weekly earnings and then multiplied by 52 to calculate annualized return.
Mining, Staking & Posting
37.1364/ 3 = 12.38 Steem per week for 795 Steem invested.
Which is a return of; 1.56 % per week or 80.97 % per annum.
I think that’s very good at a time when most Certificates of Deposit pay 2-3% per year.
Delegation
73.128/3= 24.376 Steem per week.
24.376 Steem earned /1000 Steem loaned = 2.43% per week or 126% per annum.
The delegation return is very good, and it includes Bonus delegation payments weekly for being an early supporter.
