Pay and Benefits

• You will receive a Delegation of 500 Leopower after one month of completion of the tasks, and 100 additional Leopower each month after that when you complete 90% of the tasks, until you reach 1000 Leopower.

• During the first six months, if you fail to complete 90% one month you will not get the additional 100 Leopower, and you will lose all the Leopower delegated to you. You can start over and earn the 500 Leopower Delegation again.

• During the second six months if you miss the completion goal of 90% of all posts, in one month you will not receive the additional 100 Leopower Delegation, but you will not lose your entire Leopower Delegation earned to that point in time. But if you miss a second month you will lose all Leopower accumulated upto that point in time.

How you will be measured

• I will count the number of posts written by @shortsegments and the number of comments each of the applicants makes. The goal is to comment on 100%, but 90% and above will probably be selected if your effort and quality are evident.
• If you fail to complete 90% one month you will not get the 100 Leopower, and you will lose the 500 Leopower delegation.

How many will be selected and How they will be selected for this position.

• The Goal is to hire ten applicants the first month, and your application is your completion of the tasks above. Remember to put links to your threads in the comments section of the posts.
• Those who meet the minimum completion percentage completion of 90% will be hired, and their selection will be announced in a post. Then they will receive their delegation.
• Ultimately there will be 100 True Fans selected, so if more then Ten Good Applicants apply the first month, I will increase the number of people selected.

How long do you get to keep the Delegation?

• As long as you complete the tasks each month, your delegation will remain. However if you fall below 90% completion of the tasks

• I would like to have some fans who speak and write a language other then English.
