What is the solution in this scenario?
Education globally is being pressured as college degrees are less and less a guarantee of employment. Education here has evolved with non-traditional education institutions being more profitable then traditional because their curriculums are focusing on producing job ready graduates in 12-18 months.

Perhaps something like that needs to occur in Nigeria?
