Thanks for the shout out, and thank you for providing information nit just on the bridges, but also on what to send across the bridge.

I will look at these solutions. Currently I also use MetaMask, and I use the Leofinance bridge from BSC BLEO to WLEO on ETH, then swap WLEO for Dai inside Metamask at their DEX agregator exchange, then I connect my Metamask to the Matic Bridge website and send/wrap My Dai into Polygon. It has been costing about 8-10$ USD to send 100 or 1000 Dai to Polygon.
The bridge is affected by Ethereum congestion.
