Good points about the context part.
First, I appreciate the work of journalists, but I want to hear speech’s, in their entirety fir this very reason; context, tone, facial expression.
Second, I would not want my entire personage summed up based on a 30 second compilation of my use of swear words, or racial slurs. We all deserve the benefit of the doubt, and I would hope to be given the benefit of the doubt.
Third, I am curious how many times you could use a slur in 30 seconds?
