I agree it will be a long time before we see PayPal getting involved in trading and creating trading pairs. Although once they create a token such as Paycoin, anyone could create a trading pair on any DEX, and then provide Liquidity. Which would be a crazy development as suddenly such a trading pair would link the trading pair token to the PayPal token and PayPal ecosystem.
