- So far the SEC has not clarified if the two largest tokens by market cap and market activity Bitcoin and Etheteum are securities or commodities.
- Although the SEC has indirectly indicated it feels Bitcoin is a commodity.
- Sadly perhaps, coins like BNB, BUSD, Tron, Cosmo and LBRY are on this list. LBRY is similar to Hive, so it hits close to home.
