Leofinance

• A 4 year old social media community on the Hive Blockchain, which focuses on cryptocurrency and finance on it's article or long form post section, but is a general topic posting site on it's short form or Twitter like section called Threads.

Social Media

• This is the huge social area on the internet, where people exchange ideas, art, charts, etc.. and when social media is on the blockchain, it provides one pathway to owning your social media account, so you own not only your name, your account, your content; as in everything you write or upload to your account. It also alllows you to own the network or following which you build with your account.

Tokenization

• A big word, which simoly means you get paid.
• But more importantly then just the statement : you get paid, you should understand that you get paid for writing, you get paid for posting, and you get paid for commenting. These three activities are mostly unrewarded in most other social media applications, unless your account gets really big and then you get a very small portion 5% of the revenue that your work is generating, here you get 50%.
• Lastly, and just as important, the people who follow you and comment on your work can get paid, but not from you, they get paid from something called a reward pool.
• So for those of you who build large networks on other formats, this is not a suggestion to abandon those formats. On the contrary this is an invitation to bring your content here to reward your network, and if you don't have time and want some help , contact me here or on Twitter @shortsegments

New User Interface

• Leofinance.io is the Flagship application from Leofinance, which has created over 14 applications here on the Hive Blockchain, Ethereum blockchain, Polygon blockchain and Binance Smartchain blockchain.
• This application is a two part social media site;
  First part long form or 500 plus word articles , like Medium, which is devoted to cryptocurrency, finance and investing.
  Second part a short form 240 characters or less, more like Twitter. Which is a general topic format, which isn't limited to anyone topic, and specifically is ot limited to crypto and finance/investing. There are posters there focused on flowers, movies, and other diverse topics like eating.
• The new interface is more stable then the previous 3 versions, less crashes, less loss of articles and the draft function is present, which is very helpful to authors who have ideas for multiple articles, but don't finish them all on the same day.
• In addition the format has changed to a cleaner and more intuitive appearance, and less deadlinks, as in things you click on which bring you to error pages.
• The graphics upload capability is now very good, previously it was a difficult process which failed often. Now the uploads work more then 99% of the time for me.
• Markdown function is also much better, as initially was non-existent and now is present and works much better.
• The book mark feature now works and is wonderful, in the absence of a search function, at least you can bookmark articles you like or want to read later and then remove them from the list after reading, or leave them on the list so you can use the links for future articles.

Last Words and overall grade

**So from my perspective the improvements of the **

• • Bookmarks
• • Menu changes are more intuitive
• • Navigation improvements show less deadlinks

• These are outstanding additions to the User Interface or U.I. as it is frequently called are outstanding.

• Overall I give the improvements an A.
