The three songs that I'll be presenting are all owned by one musician named Dunsin Oyekan. One of the best gospel singer we have here in Nigeria and he's also one of my favourite artist. His songs are always energetic, inspiring and power packed.
IMOLE DE
"Imole de" is a very power packed worship song, it's one of those songs that made Dunsin Oyekan more popular.
The song talks about the Light of God. And whenever the light of God is, darkness must flee.
I could remember when the song was still very new, I do listen to it almost everyday, little can I explain my love for the song. I love everything about the song, talk of the melody and also the guitar solo, it took me months before I could get how to play the guitar solo of that song, can't get tired listening to it even till tomorrow.
OPEN UP
"Open up" is another sensational and power filled song by Dunsin Oyekan.
The song talks about opening up one's spirit to receiving the presence of God. The guitar solo also took me months before I could finally perfect it. I am a guitarist so I do take note of every guitar lines in any song I listen to and I try as much as possible to score the guitar lines.
Fragrance to fire
"Fragrance to fire" is also a song I love so much. Every worshipper wants his/her worship to be received by God. When the fragrance of our worship is received by the Almighty we in turn receive blessings, breakthrough, healings, mystery of the Kingdom etc.
I also love the guitar solo of the song, I respect the guitarist that played that solo.
In general, I do take my time to score the guitar lines of Dunsin Oyekan's songs because they are always superb.
