We marinated the (huge) brisket with a bottle of Italian dressing overnight. Then popped it into the oven (fat side up) for almost 5 hours. It was juicy, tender, and so flavorful. Probably the best one we've done in years.

Ate some this morning with a couple of over easy eggs. It was a definite feast.
