I could have used an extra holiday week this year. That's not always the case, but this year seemed a bit "extra" so more time during the holiday would have been nice.

Along these same lines, I've been thinking of creating my own type of "holiday breaks" into each month so that I have time to recoup in between projects. It's a new sort of life/work balance I'm giving some serious consideration to adopting.
