I think for me it's been more of an exploration. I have yet to actually journal during the journaling challenge. I do feel as though I am learning more about my own thought process when it comes to journaling. I'm still in discovery mode so I don't know what conclusions or action I will take based on those conclusion, but I am enjoying the process of figuring it out.
