I know I've been calling all my journals "dusty journals" which was meant more figuratively than literally....or so I thought until today.
In yesterday's post, I mentioned that I was going to begin cracking open my collection of journals to see what was in them. So, this afternoon I started looking around my desk and bookshelf to see who the next lucky journal was going to be. Then I looked behind my desktop computer and found these two stacked journals. When I saw the thick layer of dust on the black leather journal on top I laughed out loud. An actual dusty journal!
Embossed at the bottom is the ZOHO logo. This tells me I got this when I attended the Zoholics Conference in Austin, TX back in early 2019. At first when I flipped through the pages all I saw was a blank journal, then I saw some writing. When I read through the 2 pages of writing I could see I was working out how to best set up my livestreaming tech and show flow. It's funny to see my notes because I can say that almost three years later that I did indeed use quite a bit of what I listed in my notes to livestream. Working out the tech and talent aspect of live streaming has always been a balancing act. I can see based on my notes I was working through the thought process of how I should set up my systems and develop my show flow processes.
Current me is glad that past me took the time to learn to stream and develop much of the processes I still use today. I hope to set my future self up for success in the same way with the things I am doing today here on the Blockchain. Time will tell.
Tomorrow I'll take a look at the grey journal that was underneath the dustiest dusty journal ever.
