NaJoPoMo 9: That Journal I Got At The Place In The Mall That Was Closing

A few years back we were at the local outdoor mall. We were on our way out when we passed by this store that had signs with 90%OFF! CloseOutSale type of signs. On a whim we decided to wander through and see if there was anything of interest.

We wound up spending over an hour there while spending very little dollars. We got so many good deals we couldn't believe it. One of those deals was a couple of these blank book journals. Which are still blank to this day.

At the time my youngest son was Amazon FBA seller, and I thought these would be good for Retail Arbitrage. As you can tell these did not sell, because life happens and Amazon FBA was no longer on the agenda. So these journals sat and sat and sat. I'm trying to remember when this was, but I think it was maybe around 5 years ago.

Originally this was covered in plastic. I took the plastic off maybe 2-3 years ago because I thought I might use it. Yet, here this journal sits. As blank as it was on the day it was purchased.

I'm not a fan of the cover. Not my style at all. So what will become of this journal. I have no idea. Perhaps more years of blankness. Perhaps I'll just donate it. Only time will tell.
