The “It’s a new month” Walk aka My Actifit Report Card: June 1 2022

With month’s challenge complete it would be easy to slide back to my old sedentary ways. But it was actually easy enough to lace up my shoes and walk. So I did!

I don’t know why but when I look above the tree lined streets the sky looks like a river.

This evening I listened to a few chapters from an audiobook. Which had me nodding my head in some parts and chuckling out loud in others.
