Today felt like I had a thick fog around my energy. The day was absolutely stunning so it was definitely not weather based. It was totally energy based. Interestingly enough other members of my family were experiencing their own version of he grey fog energy day.
Which is why I was especially glad for this daily walking challenge. It forced me (in a good way) to get out of the house moving outside.
This sunset was far more stunning IRL, but this photo gives a sense of just how great it was to see with my own two eyes.
