Those are similar flowers to Canola, but they are academically considered as different species. Korean pronunciation is "Yuchae", but its English name's "rape", so it may cause lots of misconception.
I took those two pictures at Jeju, South Korea.
It was very beautiful to see those flowers, but honestly the smell wasn't good.(lol)
