鬼になりました。/ Become devil

Hi everyone! It's @shingo.
Our family has enjoyed "Setsubun".
In Setsubun, We enjoy two activities. "Mamemaki" and "Eho-maki"

"Mamemaki"
We usually throw and scatter roasted soy beans inside and outside.
I became the role of devil, and the target of throwing beans from my kids.
Even though my daughter scared and couldn't throw the beans, haha.

-"Eho-maki"
Eho-maki are thick sushi rolls which is believed to bring good fortune if eaten while facing the year’s “Eho”.
This year's direction is South-southeast.
Traditional ingredients are such as cucumber, sweet omelet, shiitake mushroom and eel after the Seven Deities of Good Luck.
But current Eho-maki has more varieties ingredient like pork, tuna, salmon etc.

今日は節分でしたね。
我が家も恵方巻と福豆を楽しみました。

私は本日、２回も鬼になりました。
１回目は、息子のサッカー練習後。
キッズ２０人からサッカボールを山盛りくらいました。
２回目は、夕食後。３歳になった娘が号泣してくれました（笑）

恵方巻（えほうまき）は、節分に恵方を向いて無言で食すると縁起が良いとされる巻寿司のことだそうです。
今年の恵方は南南東ですね。
私は京都出身なのですが、子供の頃は「まきずし」って呼んでましたので、「えほうまき」って言葉にはやや違和感があります。
福豆ですが、大豆なので糖質制限食としては最高です。
