Mi nombre es Aydanna Acosta, para acortar mis amigos me llaman solamente Ayda. Nací en la ciudad de Caracas en Venezuela y también resido allí.
Actualmente soy estudiante de arquitectura. Esta es una profesión que mezcla tantas cosas que me hacen feliz, con el arte y la ciencia, se le puede proporcionar a las personas un espacio donde sientan comodidad y afinidad para realizar las cosas que aman.
Soy amante de mi carrera, y de todas las bellas artes que se pueden enumerar desde que se empezaron a enlistar, pero mi pasión más grande es dibujar, y les quiero contar un poco como comenzó todo.
My name is Aydanna Acosta, for short my friends just call me Ayda. I was born in the city of Caracas in Venezuela and I also live there.
I am currently a student of architecture. This is a profession that mixes so many things that make me happy, with art and science, it can provide people with a space where they feel comfort and affinity to do the things they love.
I am a lover of my career, and of all the fine arts that can be listed since they began to be listed, but my greatest passion is drawing, and I want to tell you a little about how it all began.
Mi mamá me llevó a comprar un disco de alguna comiquita que me gustara y yo escogí una película de Scooby-Doo. Al llegar a casa decido ver la película y al poner mi disco en el dvd resultaba no ser Scooby-Doo sino algo con lo que me obsesionaría por los subsiguientes años, Dragon Ball.
No podía dejar de verlo, me sentía un saiyajin poderoso y le daba ánimos a Goku.
Por lo mucho que me gustaba, empecé a dibujar crear mis propios personajes para la serie, pues quería verme sumergida en este universo que tanto me gustaba, y cada que podía, dibujaba también a los personajes de la serie, que tenían un particular estilo de animación que no había visto antes.
Dragon Ball siempre fue mi secreto. Mis amigas en clases no coincidían mucho con mis gustos y decían que era una serie para niños. Intenté probar cosas con ellas como algún deporte o ballet, pero lo mío siempre fue dibujar "monitos chinos".
My mom took me to buy a dvd of a cartoon and I chose a Scooby-Doo movie. When I came back home, I decided to watch the movie and when I put my disc in the dvd it turned out not to be Scooby-Doo, but it was something I would become obsessed with for the next several years, Dragon Ball.
I couldn't stop watching it, I felt like a powerful saiyajin and I was always cheering for Goku.
Because of how much I used to like it, I started to draw my own characters for the series, because I wanted to be immersed in this universe that I liked so much, and whenever I could, I also drew the characters of the series, which had a particular style of animation that I had not seen before.
Dragon Ball was always my secret. My girl friends did not match a lot with the things I liked, and said it was a cartoon just for boys. I tried to do things with them, like sports or ballet, but my thing has always been drawing caricatures.

Dibujar se mantuvo por años como mi manera de distraerme, pero también se volvió mi refugio cuando no tuve a nadie a mi lado. En bachillerato garabateaba en cualquier hoja que encontrara, en cualquier cuaderno que viera, en los apuntes escolares, oír clases, copiar y dibujar simultáneamente se volvió una práctica diaria porque no era solamente algo que me distrajera sino algo que me daba ánimo.
Las artes en general aportan muchísimo a la vida humana. Va cargado de mensajes que acompañan la vida, mensajes capaces de compartir y crear sentimientos, reacciones, y alentarte. Soy genuinamente amante de las artes y fiel creyente de todo lo que generan. El arte, la música y la literatura han sido el refugio más reconfortante que he tenido a lo largo de mi vida.
I became a shy child, and every day it became more and more visible how much I was out of tune with the children around me, which led me to fall into a deep and uncontrollable silence.
Drawing remained for years as a way to distract myself, but it also became my refuge when I had no one by my side. In high school I doodled on any sheet of paper I could find, in any notebook I saw, in school notes, while I was listening to classes, copying and drawing simultaneously became a daily practice because it was not only something that distracted me, It was something that encouraged me.
The arts contribute a lot to human life. It is filled with messages that accompany life, messages that can share and create feelings, reactions, and encourage you. I am a genuine lover of arts and a true believer of all they generate. Art, music and literature have been the most comforting refuge I had throughout my life.

🌱 Entre otras cositas:
Estudie teoría musical por un tiempo. Adoro los idiomas, manejo bastante bien el inglés, tengo certificado de suficiencia a nivel I de coreano, y ahorita emprendo la travesía de aprender un poco de ruso.
Crecí amando la lectura, y pasando vacaciones completas dentro de una biblioteca. No soy lectora tan asidua como antes, y cada día me cuesta más enfocarme en la lectura, pero aún así sigo esporádicamente leyendo alguno que otro libro. Me gustaría volver a convertirlo en un hábito.
Me encantan los videojuegos. Paso bastante tiempo con mis amigos jugando un par de cositas, especialmente League of Legends, Genshin Impact, Wow Classic, algunos shooters como CSGO y PUBG (estamos por probar Valorant), y en ocasiones nos volvemos a crear un mundo en minecraft. No tenerlos cerca y poder conectar con ellos mediante esto, lo convierte sin duda en mi momento favorito de la semana.
También me gustan mucho los rhythm games y los danmaku, pero lo que más disfruto sobre cualquier género, son las novelas visuales, tanto de aventura como otomes. Entre mis favoritos están Ace Attorney, Mystic Messenger, Time Hollow, 999: Nine Hours, Nine Persons, Nine Door y otro sin fin más que me llevaría horas enlistar.
Últimamente he probado algunos juegos de estrategia, y roleplaying, con D&D, Vampiro, Paranoia y algunos otros juegos de rol.
🌱 Other little things:
I studied music theory for a while. I love languages, I speak English quite well, I have a level I proficiency certificate in Korean, and now I'm on a journey to learn a little bit of Russian.
I grew up loving reading, and spending entire vacations inside a library. I'm not as assiduous a reader as I used to be, and every day I find it harder to focus on reading, but I still occasionally read a book. I would like to make it a habit again.
I love video games. I spend quite a bit of time with my friends playing a couple things, League of Legends, Genshin Impact, Wow Classic, some shooters like CSGO and PUBG (we're about to try Valorant), and occasionally we create a minecraft’s new world. Not having them near and being able to connect with them through this definitely makes it my favorite moment of the week.
I also really enjoy rhythm games and danmaku, but what I enjoy most above any genre, are visual novels, both adventure and otomes. Among my favorites are Ace Attorney, Mystic Messenger, Time Hollow, 999: Nine Hours, Nine Persons, Nine Door and endless others that would take me hours to list.
Lately I've been trying some strategy games, and roleplay with D&D, Vampire, Paranoia and some other roleplaying games.

My contact with this site comes from a dear friend from my childhood @danielapevs, who did not hesitate to invite me to join this wonderful community and show me that I can share with you a little bit of what I do.
