Hi beeber@beeber I think it's a kind of puff pasty and originated from Bulgaria and it's quite the same as "Blätterteig", a German puff pastry. 😀 And I totally agree with you that this dish look amazing. 😄 Definitely to try it for sure. veselusha79@veselusha79 Thanks for sharing. 💜
