Today Is the 6th day and we have been learning about the doctrines of our lord Jesus Christ and am happy i and other MCGI members were in the mass indoctrination and I am here to give a brief summary of what I understood from today's teaching by bro Elisoriano.
MASS INDOCTRINATION DAY 6 INTRODUCTION.
Bro elisoriano started with the teaching of James 5:18, confession is very important. You need to confess to who so ever you sin against, and seek their prayer. So we may be heal.1 John 5:16. There are sin unto death and there is another sin that is not unto death. In the church that is of God it's our obligation for us to pray for our brother that sin, but not to mock the brother, or sister
1 peter 4:8, love is a remedy because it clear alot of sin. Proveb 24:9
Psalm 32:5, proverb 28:13
As a Christian we don't need to cover our sin, but we need to confess and forsake the so we may be forgive. Luke 4:24- 27, Isaiah 64:25. You don't need to pray an hypocrite prayer Mathew 6:28.There is a difference between does that want to obey God and does that does not want to obey God
Proveb 15:8 the prayer of the sinner is abomination before God, but the prayer of the righteous is pleasing to God. The prayer of the righteous is effective
Ephesians 3:15, we are the church of God, we are the temple of God and the spirit of God duel in us
God does not duel in the house built with hand. The church is a congregation of prayerful people
Hebrew 3:6, prayer is a doctrine
Lamentation 3:33, we should trust God because he will not allow bad thing to happen to us. Peace is the most important of all, don't buy thing on credit. There is a God who knows everything that can help. James 1:6, ask God for what you need in faith.
Don't doubt when you ask from the lord. Heb 4:16
LESSONS FROM TODAYS MASS INDOCTRINATION.
I learnt that we should confess our sins to our brethren not to the priests. We are to also pray for our brethren when they sin. We should not judge them when they are falling back in the faith. And we should pray for them.
We should not be in debt. we should be content and flee from the love of money. And we should pray to God for our needs because he will answer if we pray In faith. He can give us everything we need.
I also learnt that we should be disciplined and pray in order. We have to concentrate and face one direction when praying.
i learnt that the house of God is the house of prayer and we are to confess our sins before we pray because God answers the prayer of the righteous man like in the case of Daniel and Elijah in the bible.
In conclusion Todays mass indoctrination has helped me to understand about the doctrines of Christ concerning prayer and confession of sins thank you very much.
